We hope that everyone had a great 4th of July! Ours was very uneventful, which was nice. Ethan enjoyed watching the fireworks going off across the bay and he was up until 10:30 pm watching and listening to them. Then luckily he finally passed out and was able to sleep through the noise. Nice.
Ethan has finally figured out that daddy can give him horsey rides on his back. It's really cute, if Zach is sitting on the floor Ethan will walk up behind him and push him until he is on all fours then he tries with all his might to climb up on daddy's back. It is the cutest thing for me to watch, I love seeing them play together.


I realized the other day while going through my pictures that I only have a handful of Ethan and I together. So I tried to get one of the both of us. I need to have a day where I have my sister follow us around and take pictures. I did get one decent picture.


Grandma came home the other day with some new underwear for E. Shrek. They are so cute and he was excited. He wore them over his diaper for almost the whole day. I am hoping that he will be potty trained in time to still fit into them. At the rate we're going....who knows! He is still scared to sit on his potty with no clothes on. I got him to sit naked on it for a second the other day, only to have him get up and go pee on my bathroom rug. Awesome. This kid will pee (and poop) anywhere but the toilet.
