5 months old

How have 5 months gone by already? Not much has changed with Logan over the past month...he is still growing like a weed and wearing mostly 12 month clothes.

Logan at 5 months:

*Really gassy, which equals really fussy and uncomfortable. We are desperately trying everything to make him (and me) feel better. It is definitely the worst at night. Hoping the Colic Calm my mom bought him will do the trick......

*LOVES to stands against anything! He does really well and can stand without tipping over for quite a while.

*Has just about made it up on all fours. He can get up on his hands and get his belly off the floor and he can get his knees up under him, just not at the same time. He will be crawling before we know it!

*Still not a huge fan of eating food. He likes the oatmeal cereal better than the rice cereal...hasn't liked any of the fruit or veggies that we've tried. But he enjoys chewing on mum mums.

*Getting too long for his infant seat...we will probably switch to a big boy seat this month.

*When he's happy he will melt your heart. He loves to talk and kiss.

*Has almost total control of his hands now. If he sees something and wants it, he will get it! I keep having to remind Ethan of this...even if his toys on the floor aren't right next to Logan, Logan is able to scoot/pull/roll over to get what he wants.

*Has two bottom teeth with two more bottom teeth coming in.

*Everything has to go in his mouth.

*Logan is a total Momma's boy.

My Logan, please stop growing so fast! (But feel free to sleep through the night!)


Watching the Upside down show with Ethan before bed.

The other half of this pic that you don't see is of Ethan sitting on his potty. Logan was sitting there to keep him company. What a nice little brother!


Logan loves to watch Ethan play video games. He also just loves being next to his big brother.


Sweet potatoes....yuck.
